Under Advanced options, enter a target pixel width between 50 px and 8000 px in the Max width box (such as 1920 or 2400) to resize the image proportionally, or leave it at 0 for full resolution.
  5. Set a background color for transparent cutouts (Optional): If you used iOS "Lift Subject from Background" to save a sticker or cutout as a transparent HEIC, use the Background color (transparency) picker or the 6 color swatches to place a clean white (#FFFFFF) or custom backdrop behind the subject.

Why Is My Converted JPG Sometimes Larger Than the Original HEIC?

To make the JPG smaller than your source HEIC, simply slide Quality down to 75%–80%, or set a Max width of 1600 px to 2000 px.
