Blurs the whole image. Light blur can sometimes be partially reversed; for permanent hiding use Pixelate.
Heavy blur destroys information; light blur can sometimes be partially reversed. For sensitive info, use pixelation.
PNG avoids adding JPG compression artifacts on top of the blur; convert to JPG afterwards if needed.
